Frances is an award-winning public relations professional with expertise in multicultural marketing, international PR, crisis management, copywriting and community building. Over the years, she has represented a diverse set of clientele from the real estate, automotive, higher education, government, technology, tourism, arts, fashion and non-profit sectors.
Frances began her career at powerhouse international firm Weber-Shandwick in Miami. Eager to expand professionally, she accepted a post in Los Angeles working for Hill & Knowlton’s growing technology practice. She would further diversify her skillset when she joined experiential marketing leader, Jack Morton Worldwide. Here, she helped develop special events and branded experiences for Fortune 500 companies.
In 2007, she returned to Miami and launched a communications consultancy practice, which she continues to run while working with CIM.
Community-driven, Frances served as a business advisor to a group of scholars for Miami-Dade College’s Idea Center. She has also been invited to speak on panels for chambers of commerce and non-profit organizations. Her expertise in PR has garnered interest from Forbes, where she has been featured twice. With the encouragement of friends and family, Frances pitched her own personal story of love and hope. It captured the hearts and minds of national and international audiences after appearing in USA Today, Travel & Leisure as well as MSNBC.
Frances speaks Spanish, intermediate Italian and received her BA in Communications from Florida State University.
