Cristina Mas Adler launched CIM Consulting in 2015 with the goal of helping Miami’s top organizations grow in innovative ways, all while creating a thriving business community.
Since then, she’s collaborated with top brands to bring their messaging to the masses, including the launch of the Miami Marathon’s first VIP program, website and branding for companies like Coastal Construction and grand opening campaigns for concepts like Sushi Maki Coconut Grove, Pilo's Brickell, Lime Midtown and Innergy Meditation South Beach.
Cristina believes strongly in the power of giving back to the community and has launched some of the Miami’s most impactful developments and initiatives. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for The Underline and is a Trustee for the Cuban American National Foundation. She is the founding president of several key organizations, including the Young Associates of the Coral Gables Museum, the Young Professionals of the Underline and the Pause for a Cause fundraiser, as well as a founding member of the World Economic Forum Miami Global Shapers.
Over the course of her career, Cristina has been recognized with several honors, which include: the Rising Star Award from the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, Volunteer of the Year from Miami Children’s Hospital, Hispanic Philanthropist of the Year at PhilantroGuia, South Florida Inspiration Award from the Miami Dolphins, and the Outstanding Project of the Year award for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami initiative. She was selected as the youngest inductee into the Inner Circle of Twelve by the American Cancer Society and featured as a Miami Today Achiever.
Additional achievements include Cristina’s acceptance into the highly competitive business program at Harvard University and membership into class VI of the Connect Florida Statewide Leadership Institute. She was most recently named an Emerging City Champion Fellows and was just named "Up and Comer" by South Florida Business and Wealth Magazine.
The former University of Miami Associate Director of Development is an active alumna of her high school alma mater, Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart. Recognized for her ongoing commitment, Mas has been awarded Alumnae of the Year for her service as a mentor to current students.
