Cristina Mas Adler

Cristina Mas Adler is a visionary leader and entrepreneur who founded CIM Consulting in 2015 to revolutionize growth strategies for Miami's top organizations and foster a thriving business community. With a strong passion for innovation, she has collaborated with renowned brands to amplify their messaging, spearheading groundbreaking initiatives such as the Miami Marathon's inaugural VIP program. Cristina has played a pivotal role in driving the success of companies like Coastal Construction through exceptional website design and branding. Her expertise has also been instrumental in orchestrating highly successful grand opening campaigns for iconic establishments such as Sushi Maki Coconut Grove, Pilo's Brickell, Lime Midtown, and Innergy Meditation South Beach.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Cristina is deeply committed to giving back to the community and has been actively involved in Miami's transformative developments and initiatives. She previously served on the Board of Directors for The Underline and held a position as a Trustee for the Cuban American National Foundation. As a founding president of several influential organizations, including the Young Associates of the Coral Gables Museum, the Young Professionals of the Underline, and the Pause for a Cause fundraiser, she has been instrumental in driving positive change and collaboration. Cristina was also a founding member of the World Economic Forum Miami Global Shapers, furthering her commitment to creating a better future.

Throughout her remarkable career, Cristina has received numerous accolades and recognitions. She has been honored with the Rising Star Award from the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, Volunteer of the Year from Miami Children's Hospital, and the Hispanic Philanthropist of the Year award at PhilantroGuia. The Miami Dolphins recognized her with the South Florida Inspiration Award and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce awarded her the Outstanding Project of the Year for their Leadership Miami initiative. Cristina's exceptional contributions led to her induction as the youngest member of the Inner Circle of Twelve by the American Cancer Society, and she was featured as one of the youngest achievers in Miami Today. Her exceptional aptitude for business was acknowledged through her acceptance into the prestigious business program at Harvard University and her membership in class VI of the Connect Florida Statewide Leadership Institute.

 

Continuing to make waves in her field, Cristina was appointed an Emerging City Champion Fellow and named "Up and Comer" by South Florida Business and Wealth Magazine. In addition to her professional achievements, she actively maintains her role as an alumna of her high school alma mater, Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart. Cristina's unwavering commitment has been recognized through her designation as Alumnae of the Year, acknowledging her invaluable mentorship to current students and the impact she has made in their lives.
